Vendor Terms

These terms apply to every vendor listed in the Boothpreneurs directory. By submitting a listing or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.
Who Can List
Boothpreneurs lists antique, vintage, and curated home goods vendors operating from a booth, stall, shop, market space, or traveling show within the United States. Listings are reviewed before publication.
Your Listing Subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual subscribers receive a reminder email 15 days before renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe. Boothpreneurs does not store your card details.
What Each Tier Includes
The Curated Nook, $8 per month or $75 per year. Booth name, tagline, style, what you sell, location, booth number, hours, a link to your Instagram or Facebook, and 3 photos.
The Collected Corner, $15 per month or $135 per year. Everything in The Curated Nook, plus a description up to 130 words, a short Behind the Booth story, 6 photos, a website link, and a map.
The Grand Armoire, $25 per month or $210 per year. Everything in The Collected Corner, plus 18 photos, a longer description up to 180 words, a full Behind the Booth story up to 450 words, a Shop Online button, and a feature on the Boothpreneurs Instagram sharing your story.
Featured Placement
Featured placement is a paid add-on available to any tier and is purchased separately from your listing subscription.
State page featured spot, $50 per month
Homepage featured spot, $75 per month
Both purchased together, $100 per month
There are four spots on the homepage and three spots per state page each month. Spots are limited and sold first come, first served for the month you choose. Featured placement is a one-time purchase for one month and does not renew. Purchasing a listing tier does not guarantee featured placement in any given period.
Submitting Your Listing
You complete a submission form for your tier. Required fields must be filled in for your page to be built. Anything you leave blank will not appear on your page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including address, hours, contact details, and inventory description
Boothpreneurs may lightly edit copy for length, spelling, grammar, and house style without changing your meaning
Your page is built from your submission and published after review, typically within three to five business days
Email addresses and phone numbers collected on the form are used to contact you and are not published on your page unless you provide them as public contact information
Photos and Content Rights
You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting, you grant Boothpreneurs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, resize, crop, and display your photos and written content on the Boothpreneurs website, in Boothpreneurs social media, and in Boothpreneurs email and promotional material, for as long as your listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward in archived or promotional contexts.
You confirm that
You own the photos or have permission from the photographer to submit them
Any person recognizable in a photo has agreed to appear
Your content does not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright
Booth name, logos, and branding you submit are yours to use
If you supply a photo you do not have rights to, you are responsible for the consequences, and Boothpreneurs will remove it on notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@boothpreneurs.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Your listing stays live through the end of the period you have already paid for, then is unpublished.
If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of your first payment or before your listing is published, whichever comes first, and we'll make it right, including a full refund. After that, subscription payments are final.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the charge is automatically retried after five days, and once more five days after that. If the third attempt fails, your subscription and listing are cancelled automatically. You will receive an email at each attempt with a link to update your billing information.
Suspension and Removal
Boothpreneurs may unpublish or remove a listing if
Payment fails and is not resolved within ten days
The listing contains inaccurate, misleading, or offensive content
The booth has closed or is no longer operating
The vendor is unreachable at the contact details provided for more than 30 days
The vendor's conduct harms shoppers or other vendors
Where reasonable, you will be contacted before removal and given a chance to correct the issue. No refund is owed for a listing removed for violation of these terms.
What Boothpreneurs Is and Is Not
Boothpreneurs is a directory. It does not sell your merchandise, take a commission, handle your transactions, or act as your agent. Any purchase a shopper makes happens directly with you or the venue you operate in. Boothpreneurs is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, pricing, or availability of your inventory, or for anything that happens during a visit to your booth.
Boothpreneurs makes no promise about traffic, inquiries, sales, or search ranking resulting from your listing.
Your Information
Boothpreneurs collects your submission and contact details to build and maintain your listing and to communicate with you about your subscription. Your information is not sold.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be sent to the email on your account at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing your listing after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
